The day pig becomes pork

  1. Most excellent. Looking forward to following your blog and reading your homesteader stories. My husband took his first Pig Butchery class in February and can’t wait to do it again. We are Urban homesteaders though so no pigs on our property, just ducks and bees and an old dog 🙂

    1. I would love to take a good butchering course. There’s a thorough 3-day class near us, but it’s over $1000. Not sure how homesteaders can afford it!
